Alexa Nicholls Costa, N.P.Nurse Practitioner

Ms. Nicholls Costa is a board certified nurse practitioner and one of the leading ladies of Boston-based LexRx and Inject With Lex. She is a graduate of both Boston University and Regis College. Ms. Nicholls costa was the 2015 recipient of the Masters of Nursing Excellence Award at Regis College. She has worked and trained at Massachusetts General Hospital in plastic surgery alongside the division chief. She was a member of the Plastic Surgery Research team for several years and earned many professional/academic publications. During her clinical training for her Masters, Ms. Nicholls Costa trained alongside the lead nurse practitioner in the MGH Plastic Surgery Clinic, where she perfected the art of injectables. She also served as a Fellow in the prestigious emergency medicine fellowship program (EMPED) through Brown Medical School, and is on staff as a nurse practitioner in the emergency department at Massachusetts General Hospital. In January 2019, Ms. Nicholls Costa was named course director for the first-ever, University-based/co-sponsored injectables training program at Northeastern University.
